About Us

The Gloucester City Business Association, located in Gloucester City, Camden County, New Jersey, consists of nearly one hundred active businesses in and around the City of Gloucester. The main goals of the Association are to help in the City’s development of growth with business retention and by helping new business owners wishing to move into the city by providing guidance and information that will make their businesses more successful.

Since the City of Gloucester has recently received its Urban Enterprise Zone designation from the State of New Jersey, tremendous anticipated growth in future development has renewed interest in establishing businesses in the City of Gloucester. The Gloucester City Business Association supports the Urban Enterprise Zone as well as partnering with Municipal officials in creating economic development opportunities in the City of Gloucester.

The Gloucester City Business Association strongly supports its members who may seek help and guidance in order to be more successful.

The next GCBA General Meeting will be held at O'Donnell's Family Resturant 5:30 pm on March 25, 2008, with guest speaker Joe Getz from the JGSC Group with updates on Phase Two- Business Retention and Recruitment as well as updates from representatives of Commerce Bank's move into Gloucester.
